THIS MONTHS MEETING SCHEDULE:

(Public meeting times are subject to change or cancelation.)

City Council Meetings - (LIVE) - public meetings which involve awarding bids, adopting ordinances, approving city programs and granting zoning changes and use permits. May 1, 8, 15, 22. Replays of meetings are the following Friday at 5pm.

Development Review Board - (LIVE) - coverage begins at 1pm on May 3, 17.

Planning Commission
- (LIVE) - coverage begins at 5pm on May 9, 25.  Replays of the meetings are the following Saturdays at 5pm.

Transportation Commission - (LIVE) - coverage begins at 6pm on May 17.

Destination PHX. - (NEW) valuable information for travelers using Sky Harbor Airport. Saturdays at 12:30, 4:30, 7:30pm

Don't Trash Arizona -  the importance of keeping our state clean and the impact it can have on our quality of life. Tuesdays @ 12, 4, 7pm

Entertainment Extravaganza - (NEW)  the Scottsdale senior centers present their annual talent show highlighting the various talents of Scottsdale senior citizens. Wednesdays and Sundays @ 1, 5, 8pm

Fired Up -  this edition of the program deals with the importance of practicing exit drills in the home. Fridays @ 12:30, 4:30, 7:30pm

Flash Floods - during the monsoons our normally dry washes can become death traps by raging flood waters. See how you can avoid this seasonal danger. Tuesdays @ 1, 5, 8pm.

Helping Hands -  the city's department of Human Services reviews it's services, projects and programs that benefits all age groups in our city. Mondays @ 1, 5, 8pm

I Bike -  the Valley of the Sun gives it's citizens one of the most extensive bike path systems in the nation. See how you can take advantage of this recreational opportunity. Thursdays @ 2, 6, 9pm

In the Fight -
reports from the Armed Services on training, programs and actions occurring around the world. Tuesdays @ 2, 6, 9pm

Invasive Weeds - learn how non-native plants pose a threat to our Valley's delicate ecosystem and ways you can help to combat the threat. Tuesdays @ 2:30, 6:30, 9:30pm

Lessons in Loyalty - 
a local Arizona resident of Japanese decent tells his story of living through the internment camps of the 1940's. Thursdays @ 2:30, 6:30, 9:30pm

Maricopa Now! - (NEW)
stories about students, faculty, administrators and policymakers who make up the 10 campuses and 2 skill centers within the Maricopa County Community Colleges Districts. Fridays @ 1, 5 and 8pm

Maricopa Sports - (NEW)  reports from all the Valley Community Colleges on sports programs available to students. Fridays @ 1:30, 5:30, 8:30pm

Mayor and Council Breakfast - (NEW) - the Mayor and Council address issues, programs and projects that are having an impact on our community. This month looks at Transportation. Mondays @ 2, 6, 9pm

My Sister Can't Cook -  follow these three wacky Arizona sisters as they prepare delicious and easy to make dishes in their kitchen. Thursdays @ 1, 5, 8pm

Pinnacle Peak Park - learn about the history, geology and the recreational opportunities available at this north Scottsdale park. Wednesdays @ 12:30, 4:30, 7:30pm

Scottsdale Roundup - this episode highlights ride-a-longs with the Scottsdale Solid Waste division and ways to help you recycle, the Parada Parade, ice curling in Scottsdale, the Sugar Bowl ice cream parlor and the Scottsdale Ambassador program. Sundays and Wednesdays at 12, 4, 7, 10pm

Scottsdale Update - (NEW) a video newsletter on city sponsored events, meetings and services. Plays 5 minutes before the hour during regular programming.

Senior Spotlight -  this popular series returns with information of the programs available to our senior population at the city's senior centers. Mondays @ 12:30, 4:30, 7:30pm

Songwriters Showcase  #2 - local artists display their talents in concert. Saturdays @ 12, 4, 7, 10pm

Sprinklers Clubhouse
- Sprinkler the clown educates kids on safety tips in the home, school and at play. Saturdays from 8am to 11am

Surelock Homes - the famous sleuth advised a local resident on how to improve the security of his home. Thursdays @ 12, 4, 7, 10pm

Talking the Walk - the recreational and health advantages of using the many hiking venues in the valley of the sun. Thursdays @ 1:30, 5:30, 8:30PM

Tovrea Castle - solve the mysterious origins of the iconic birthday cake structure located near the Phoenix Zoo. Sundays @ 12:30, 4:30, 7:30pm
