property or its use.
- Renovations/Expansions: In the event you wish to renovate, remodel or expand your
business location contact the One Stop Shop at (480) 312-2500 and set a
meeting with our Building Plans Plan Examiner. They will advise you on the required
approval steps and code requirements for your project.
- Rezoning: In the event you wish to seek a change in the approved zoning for your
location you will begin with a pre-application meeting scheduled with a Scottsdale
Project Coordinator. In order to set a pre-application meeting call (480) 312-7000.
