Board and Commissions Orientation Information

 

Ethics Training and Orientation sessions for new board and commission members are conducted several times per year. Lunch will be provided.

 

Choose the earliest possible meeting, RSVP and plan to attend. In addition to visiting with the Mayor of Scottsdale and other new board and commission members, you will learn about:

  • The City's Ethics Code and ethical requirements for board and commission members.
  • Roles and responsibilities as a Scottsdale board or commission member.
  • Legal issues and parameters you need to be aware of during your tenure.
  • Tops, tools and techniques for becoming effective and successful members.
