Neighborhood Enhancement Commission
The Neighborhood Enhancement Commission enhances neighborhoods through funding and education. As an advisory group appointed by the City Council, Neighborhood Enhancement Commission helps implement Neighborhood Services programs, provides educational programs and serves as neighborhood ambassadors.
