Citizens Bond Review Commission
The Citizens Bond Review Commission was established by Ordinance No. 3322, on May 1, 2000, to monitor the City's progress in implementing the capital projects in the approved bond program. The new Commission’s first members were appointed by City Council in January 2001. By ordinance, the membership consists of not more than 14 members, each of whom is appointed by the City Council. The term of each Commission member is for a period of six years.
The Commission receives reports on the City's progress in implementing the bond program, reviews any project additions or deletions to the program and provides such comments to the City Council as the Commission deems appropriate in respect to the program.
