Neighborhood Enhancement Commission

The Neighborhood Enhancement Commission is a City Council appointed advisory group that assists in the implementation of the Neighborhood Services program, reviews Neighborhood Enhancement Partnership (NEP) applications, and serves as "Neighborhood Ambassadors." The mission of the Neighborhood Enhancement Commission:  Enhancing neighborhoods through funding and education.
