Construction Document Requirements
The exact submittal requirements for commercial & multi-family projects are sent to the applicant AFTER Development Review Board approval. If you haven't obtained your requirements or need another copy, please contact your Project Coordinator at 480-312-7000.
The master list, with all possible requirements, is provided here as a guide to show the types of requirements that may appear on your projects' listing. This master list contains several processes that are contradictory - the ones that do not apply will be deleted from your specific project listing of requirements.
