All forms must conform to Maricopa County Recorder's criteria for acceptance not a part of the city of Scottsdale web site (leavingcos.gif - 340 bytes) . This includes maintaining a half inch clear margin around all sides (no signatures or notary seals can encroach) and no faxes or copies. Original signatures must be submitted.
