There are multiple ways to submit/process condo projects (including residential and office condos) and accompanying fee structures which are outlined below:

| 1. Buildout | 100% of square footage (above grade reflects square footage that is air conditioned/AC) |
| 2. Foundation, Shell & Interior permit |
Foundation = 25% of the fee based on above grade AC sq ft Tenant Improvement = 30% of fee based on the interior AC sq ft Shell = 70% of the fee based on the above grade AC sq ft End Total = 125% of the fee for AC + 100% of the fee for non-AC |

Note:
- AC square footage: the entire above grade square footage of conditioned space.
- Non AC square footage: the balconies, patios, porte cocheres, etc.
- Interior square footage: the square footage of the individual unit and does not include common areas such as corridors, lobbies, mechanical rooms, etc.
