The City of Scottsdale will be accepting Digital Submittals for five pool submittal plan types beginning May 7, 2008. The qualifications, limitations and requirements are outlined below.
Digital Pool Submittals
NOTE: No pool permit will be issued without an existing permitted residence.
File Format & Limitations
- Autodesk
DWF file format, in black and white , is the standard for submittal and reviewing plans (background and text).
- Digital Submittal is only available to Single Family Residential projects.
- The upload mechanism limits file size to under 10 MB.
- City approved site plan, for reference only, must be included with submittal -

Digital Signature Acceptance - per the Board of Technical Registration:
A-30-304 Use of Seals G. An electronic signature, as an option to a permanently legible signature, in accordance with A.R.S. Title 41 and Title 44, is acceptable for all professional documents.
