Step 1: Complete Pre-Application Form & Submit to One Stop Shop

Submittal Requirements ("Records Packet") can be obtained at the Records Counter (7447 E Indian School Road, Ste 105) or by accessing the Digital Map Center:
- Assessor Map
- Quarter Section maps
- Zoning
- Aerial map
- Plat map (for lot tie/splits and abandonments)
Submit Pre-Application and application fee to One Stop Shop, located on the first floor of One Civic Center, Suite 105.
Step 2: Pre-Application Meeting with Project Coordinator
The pre-application meeting is typically a 1/2 to 1-hour meeting in which the applicant meets with their assigned Principal Planner to discuss the project request. The initial meeting will be scheduled within one week of receipt of pre-application. This meeting provides the City and the applicant a more complete understanding of the size, scope and feasibility of the request. You will receive a phone call to schedule your pre-application meeting.

Pre-Application Meeting Calendar
Following the meeting the principal planner, your application will be processed in one of three ways:
- Staff approval
- Complete Pre-Application review (listed below)
- An additional meeting scheduled to conduct further review
Step 3: Staff Review
In reviewing the project proposal, the principal planner will, if applicable, address the following requirements for formal submittal:
