One Stop Shop Location Map
The One-Stop-Shop is located on the first floor of the One Civic Center Building, in the Civic Center Mall, just north of City Hall. The building entrance is off of First Avenue, where the most convenient parking is located.
Enter the double glass doors and please check in with the receptionist at the concierge desk upon arrival. Customers transactions are completed on a first-come, first-served basis by project type.

Submitting or Picking Up Plans
The availability of One Stop Shop staff is dictated by daily customer volume waiting to be served. In an effort to provide service in a timely manner, large commercial projects may make an appointment with the Development Services Manager at 480-312-7083.
Credit Card Payment
Payment for services can be made with cash, check or credit card. The city accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Payments made by credit card are limited as follows:

VISA and MasterCard - maximum payment is $99,000 per transaction

American Express - maximum payment is $49,000 per transaction
