A satellite customer service location to access planning & development services / information is now located on the second floor of the city’s Corporation Yard location, 9191 E. San Salvador.

Hours:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, M-F


Effective Monday, October 30th, Inspectors will transition to the winter work schedule (7:00am - 3:30pm).

Services Available at North Customer Service Office:

The north customer service office offers a variety of services, but not to the extent as the One-Stop-Shop at the Civic Center location. The services available at this office are:

 

Inspection & Land Survey related services / information

  • Temporary Certificate of Occupany application (w/ paid fee)
  • Temporary Electric application (w/ paid fee)
  • Processing/Payment of Reinspections Fees (which must be made in person)
  • Scheduling/Payment for After-Hours Inspections (which must be made in person)
  • Public records requests (C of O’s, permit histories, utility clearance info.)
  • Access to benchmark information

Permit and Records Services

  • Issuance of minimum permits (those that do not require plan review)
  • Access/printing of city maps/map related information (available through the city’s GIS/LIS networks)
