2'x3' Blue & White Signs
Public Hearing Notice

The signs include the following information:

• Hearing Date, Time & Hearing Body
• Case Number
• Brief description of request
• Applicant/Contact and phone number
• Case File availability by calling 480-312-7000 (case files are located in Current Planning, on the first floor of One Civic Center, 7447 E. Indian School Road).

Blue and White signs (3'X4') with the heading "Public Hearing Notice" are posted on property that is subject to review by the city's Board of Adjustment. Signs are posted 15-30 days prior to the Board public hearing.

The Board of Adjustment hears all applications for Zoning Ordinance variances and appeals from the Zoning Administrator's interpretation of the zoning ordinance.
