2'x3' Red & White Signs Notice of Public Hearings

The signs include the following information:
- Request
- Hearing Dates, Times & Hearing Bodies
- Case Number
- Applicant/Contact and phone number
- Case File availability by calling (480) 312-7000 (case files are located in the Planning & Development Services Dept., on the first floor of One Civic Center, 7447 E. Indian School Rd).

Red and white signs (3'X4') with the heading "Public Hearing Notice" are posted on property requesting an ESLO Hardship Exemptions or abandonment.
Abandonment is the relinquishment of property, or a termination of the use of the property, by the owner or lessee without any intention of transferring rights to the property to another owner or of resuming the use of the property. Abandonment cases are heard by the Planning Commission and the City Council. Hardship Exemptions are heard by the City Council only.
