Hearing Postcards
 - Postcard notifications are sent on a variety of proposed projects.  Click here to find out what type of information is included on the postcards and how to use them to find case information.

Public Notice Signs- As you drive through Scottsdale you may notice a variety of City of Scottsdale signs posted on property.  What do they mean?  How can I get more information?

Need property owner addresses for your public involvement requirements?  Go to the Maricopa County Assessors online maps at www.maricopa.gov/Assessor/GIS/map.html.   Enter the parcel number for your project, then use the buffer tool image of parcel buffer button on toolbar to enter the radius that you need.  

Codes and Ordinances - City standards, policies, and ordinances that development cases are evaluated against before a case is presented to decision makers.
