Non-ESL single story attached additions less than 1,000 sq ft.

ESL attached additions and habitable accessory structures less than 1,000 sq ft.

New single family homes and guest homes

Non-ESL, non-habitable accessory structures less than 1,000 sq ft.

Non-ESL attached additions between 1,000 and 2,500 sq ft.

Non-ESL attached additions over 2,500 sq ft.

Garage conversions to livable

Site walls within ESL zoned areas and within the Cactus Corridor

ESL attached additions and accessory structures over 1,000 sq ft.

Patio additions

Pools within ESL zoned areas and within the Cactus Corridor

Non-ESL walls (excluding those in the Cactus Corridor)

Interior remodels less than 1,000 sq ft

Interior Tenant Improvement plans less than 1,500 sq. ft are the only commercial plans that can be reviewed at the front counter.
