20 day review

Non-ESL single story attached additions less than 1,000 sq ft.

ESL attached additions and habitable accessory structures less than 1,000 sq ft.

New single family homes and guest homes

Non-ESL, non-habitable accessory structures less than 1,000 sq ft.

Non-ESL attached additions between 1,000 and 2,500 sq ft.

Non-ESL attached additions over 2,500 sq ft.

Garage conversions to livable

Site walls within ESL zoned areas and within the Cactus Corridor

ESL attached additions and accessory structures over 1,000 sq ft.

Patio additions

Pools within ESL zoned areas and within the Cactus Corridor

Non-ESL walls (excluding those in the Cactus Corridor)

Solar panels which are not in conformance with placement guidelines

Interior remodels less than 1,000 sq ft

Residential solar panels which conform to placement guidelines

Interior Tenant Improvement plans 2,000 sq. ft. or less may be reviewed at the front counter provided they require no structural review and no DRB/Staff approval.
