Internet Scheduling:
Schedule or cancel inspections on your permit- inspections scheduled today, before midnight, will take place the next business day. Requires the keycode printed on your permit receipt.

If you would like an estimated time your inspection will occur, please call 480-312-5750 on the morning of your inspection between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. during our summer hours and between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. during our winter hours (which will begin October 31, 2004). Have your permit number or job address available to give to the staff so your call can be directed to the appropriate inspector. Only the inspector assigned to your project can give you an estimated time of arrival.

Phone Based Scheduling:
To schedule, cancel or review status on an inspection via the telephone, call our automated system at 480-312-5796. While in the system, you may exit at any time by pressing ** or press 0 to speak to a representative.

All inspection requests before 11:30 PM will be scheduled for the following work day. E-mail requests are not valid inspection requests. If our system is down, please call our office at 480-312-5750 Monday through Friday during business hours. Inspection management will be available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM each work day. Citizen Service Assistants phone coverage is from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM each work day.
