International Travel Requirements
Beginning on January 23, 2007, all persons- including U.S. citizens-traveling by air from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda will be required to have a "Valid and Unexpired" Passport (unless traveling with a Permanent Resident Card, asylee or document, Merchant Mariner's document or NEXUS Air Card) to enter the Refugee Document or NEXUS Air Card to enter the United States.
The Following forms must be submitted to obtain over flight privileges: 442 and 442a Filled out and signed. ALL Direct flights from Mexico require an approved Over flight letter on file. Forms can be found at www.cbp.gov

Scottsdale Airport Requires 48-hour advanced notice for ALL International Travel.
- Form 178 Must be sent to the CBP Office 48 hours prior to intended arrival.
- Form 178 can be faxed to Scottsdale at: 480-312-8485.
- ALL information must be accurate, any changes made after original form 178 is filed may void authorization of landing rights for that aircraft.
- Please include a call back phone number.
How to obtain a decal:
Private aircraft arriving from foreign areas must have a valid Customs Decal. The Decal must be placed within 18 inches of the normal boarding area; the Decal must be visible when the doors are open.
Complete the Annual Decal Request Form 339a on line at http:/www.cbp.gov
follow instructions for payment and receipt of Decal.
