Airport Zoning Ordinance Online INPUT

The City of Scottsdale Revised Code Appendix A Airport Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance) is designed to protect the public health, safety and general welfare resulting from the creation or establishment of obstructions that may be a hazard to air navigation; as well as provide appropriate aircraft noise disclosure for property owners within the Airport Influence Area in accordance with the City’s adopted Noise Compatibility Program. Whenever updates occur for federal regulations and local policies it becomes necessary to reflect those updates the Ordinance. Therefore it is necessary to amend the language for the current Ordinance to reference updates that occur to those regulations and policies.
