City Compliance
The City of Scottsdale is actively working to make all City facilities ADA compliant, based upon the 2006 International Building Codes and the ADAAG design standards
.
Approximately 75 city facilities have been surveyed for compliance as part of the first phase which was completed in September 2003. Surveys for an additional 65 locations are currently underway.
A few of the projects currently under way include:
- Remodeling of all restrooms in One Civic Center
- Design of Tenant Improvements booklet to new CDBG Office to include ADA compliance
