Library Books Central Arizona Project H2O4U Scholarship Activity - This is an interactive,  online educational game for middle and high school students in Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal  counties. H2O4U combines learning with fun! Students can log in and complete the various activities. All information needed to answer the questions can be found within each activity screen.

Desert Botanical Garden
- Provides educational programs for children, adults, and educators using a uniquely designed curriculum focusing on a blend of hands-on, inquiry-based learning along with a dose of fun.

Girl Scouts Water Conservation Patch - The Arizona Cactus-Pine Council and the University of Arizona recognize the importance of water conservation with a Water Conservation Patch and encourage Girl Scouts of all ages to become aware of opportunities for water conservation. ClassProject WET Water Education for Teachers -This educational organization provides water resource materials and training workshops and can even help organize community water events for students K-12. Our local chapter is called Arizona Project WET.

Suggested Reading List - The books listed are specific to water and water issues for students in grades K-12. They are easily found in public libraries and most book stores. (pdf/23kb/2pp)

The University of Arizona Cooperative Extension Water Resources Program - This is an outreach program designed to educate youth and adults about their water resources. 

US Environmental Protection Agency Educational Materials - A Day in the Life of a Drop is a set of activities designed to help students in grades 3-5 understand the connections between the source of the water they use and the ways their water use habits affect the environment and human health. Students also learn how to reduce their impacts and engage family members. After completing the worksheets provided, students and families take the Pledge to Filter Out Bad Water Habits to demonstrate their commitment to saving water for the future.

USGS Arizona Water Science Center - Offers a direct link to information on Arizona's rivers, streams, ground water, water quality, and many other water topics.

Water Education Foundation Water Kids
- This is a nonprofit organization whose goal is to create a better understanding of water issues and help resolve water resource concerns through educational programs.
