Multifamily Housing and Water Efficiency

While a portion of the water use in any multifamily housing community goes towards private use in each unit, there is still a great deal of water that goes towards the common areas, such as recreation rooms, offices, pools, and landscaping. The City of Scottsdale provides many resources to its multifamily water customers to help increase efficient use of water.
