Details:	On Wednesday at 2:00 PM as the victim was walking southbound on 74^th Street from McDowell, the suspect ran up behind her and grabbed her purse, knocking her to the ground and dragging her for a short distance before obtaining her purse and fleeing to the southwest. The victim did not require medical attention. Nothing further at this time.
