The City of Scottsdale continues to recover from yesterday’s storms. Here’s a list of disruptions that remain as of 5:30 AM Friday.
--All unbridged crossings of the Indian Bend wash remain closed
--Roadways in the northern area of Scottsdale are generally passable for vehicular traffic, however, debris and standing water remain in certain areas affected by flooding.
--We have had numerous reports of downed trees partially blocking roadways throughout the city. City crews are working to remove obstructions as they are reported.
--Westbound traffic closure west of Hayden on McCormick Pkwy.
--33,000 N. Pima Road—Water and debris in the roadway, but passable with caution.
--Power outage at Miller/McKellips intersection.
--Power outage at the intersection of Hayden/Osborn.
Public Safety personnel remain on site at the Russo-Steele property to assist the inspectors and event personnel recover from last night’s tent collapses.

Pima Road is closed in both directions between Lone Mountain and Legend Trail for water on the roadway. (TN)

Osborn Road has re-opened at 68th Street. Signals have power but will remain flashing red through the night. Please treat as a four-way stop. (TN)

DPS has shut down the 101-N freeway between Scottsdale & Hayden in both directions for debris in the road. Two tents damaged at Russo-Steele car auction, large tent being evacuated as a precaution. (TN)

A traffic signal is down at 68th Street and Osborn. Southbound cars are being routed east and police are directing traffic. Repairs are underway but intersection likely to remain closed through rush hour. (TN)

Stronger winds and steady rain contines throughout the City with some reports of downed trees. Most streets remain open with the exception of the unbridged roadways along the Indian Bend Wash. Use extreme caution and avoid travel if possible. (TN)

Osborn Road is closed between Miller Road and Hayden Road. Unbridged roadways crossing the Indian Bend Wash between Chaparral Road and McDonald Drive are also closed. (EOM-DP)
