Details:	UPDATE: The 14 year old's condition is considered to be stable and no longer life-threatening. A blue Chevy was south on 136th St just north of Rio Verde and lost control rolling the vehicle. A 20 year old male driver was transported to SHC Osborn with non life threatening injuries. A 14 year old female passenger (sister) was transported to PCH with life threatening injuries. Impairment and speed appear to both be factors. Road will be closed until about 9 am.
