Details:	Mr. Muggy was observed by other motorists riding his motorcycle southbound on Pima Road approaching McDowell Road at a high rate of speed. He lost control and was thrown from the motorcycle and suffered serious injuries. He was transported to SHC-Osborn. Alcohol appears to be a factor. The roadway was closed for approximately 2 hours while officers conducted thier investigation. Mr. Muggy remains in serious condition at the hospital. No citations or arrests made at this point in time.
