Details:	On 2/20/11 at 1:30 AM, the driver of a white Oldsmobile was n/b on Scottsdale Rd, north of Camelback, in the median lane when a pedestrian crossed mid-block in front of him. The vehicle attempted to brake to avoid colliding with the pedestrian but could not. The pedestrian was crossing Scottsdale Rd from east to west and was not within a crosswalk. The pedestrian suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to SHC Osborn for treatment. The investigation is ongoing.
