Described as a male of Hispanic or mixed race, aged estimated as late 20's, 5`7" or 5`8", with a medium build. He was wearing a light gray knitted cap and a light gray, zip-up, hooded sweatshirt with the hood on. He had blue jeans and unknown shoes. He had tattoos on both hands and his neck as well, although it is unknown what the tattoos were. He was unshaven with small scars or cuts on his cheeks.
||The clerk was alone in the Nine West store when the suspect entered and asked about shoes. After a few minutes, the clerk became suspicious of the suspect's behavior and attempted to exit the store. The suspect grabbed her before she could get out of the store and pointed a silver handgun at her, demanding money from the store safe. The victim clerk complied with the suspect's demands and handed over an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect left the store without injuring the victim. The victim telephoned police, however, the suspect was gone when officers arrived.|
