At 1:30 this afternoon a robbery occurred outside of the Apothecary Shop in the 9700 block of 91st St. A female victim gave a description of a grey Ford pickup truck that two suspects drove off in after they grabbed a bag she was carrying. Detectives in area found the truck driving through the parking lot on the southeast corner of 92nd Street and Shea and arrested one suspect as he ran from truck. The truck drove off and entered the Loop 101 southbound. The second suspect was arrested after a traffic stop on 101 and Chaparral.
The victim did not require medical attention. The suspects will be identified after booking. |
