Suspect Data: N/A
Details:

On 08/09/11 at about 2:15 PM SPD was called to the Bank of America at the Loop 101 and Raintree for a possible kidnapping. The incident was reported as follows:

SPD is out at the BofA at Loop 101 and Raintree. At 2:15 we were notified of a possible kidnapping. The details I can release at this time is that the 62 year old female victim was at the Bank of America earlier today to make a transaction. After that she called her family to tell them she was abducted and was possibly in the trunk of her own black BMW.

We are working this as an active kidnapping and when I have more information I will share it.

UPDATE:

After being interviewed it has been determined that the 62 year old female fabricated the story of being abducted. It has been difficult to ascertain the exact reason as to why she has done this however, we are not ruling out the possibility of a medical condition. After being evaluated in Oak Creek she will return to the valley with her family who is en-route to get her.

Attached are the photos showing the alleged victim is alone at the ATM and drives off in her own car.
