Details:	Suspect arrested at 5 PM on March 29. SPD received a call of a collision involving a pedestrian at this location. Officers found the victim had been run over by a vehicle that had fled the scene. The victim sustained serious injuries and was transported to SHC_Osborn, where she remains in serious condition. Witnesses reported to police that the victim and suspect were verbally arguing as they were walking to suspect's vehicle in the lot of the Sunscape apartments. The victim was seen holding on to the left outside mirror as the suspect backed out of the parking space. The victim was subsequently run over by the suspect's vehicle as he fled the complex. The victim and suspect recently lived together, however, she moved to this location after a recent breakup. Investigators continue to follow leads to locate the suspect.
