Details:	The listed vehicle was eastbound on Oak Street approaching 64th Street, when the driver lost control of the vehicle and drove through the landscape of the businesses on the north side of the roadway. The vehicle rolled and collided with a light pole and a parked car before ejecting the driver from the Toyota. (No seatbelt for the driver) The driver was pronounced dead at the scene while the passenger received minor injuries and was later released from SHC-Osborn. (Passenger had his seatbelt on) Alcohol appears to be a factor in this incident. The roadway was closed for 5hours while the investigation proceeded.
