On Tuesday at 6:30 PM SPD was called to the scene of a single vehicle motorcycle collision. The rider was not wearing a helmet when he lost control of his motorcycle and went down. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The collision took place south of Indian School Road on Rose Circle. The rider was headed southbound and struck a curb. Rose Circle was closed in the area during the investigation.

At this point, alcohol does appear to be a factor.
