Details: On the above listed date and time, the suspect fell to his death from the seventh floor of the condominium complex. The victim had a history of depression and was seen on the patio ledge just prior to the event. It is not yet known if the fall was intentional or accidental. He died at the scene. The deceased fell from the balcony of his residence. No other persons are involved or present with the victim at the time of the incident.
