On Monday at 5:00 PM SPD arrested ALI CHITSAZ for Child Molestation. The victim’s mother contacted SPD to inform us that her 6 year old son had told her that her boyfriend, Chitsaz, had molested him multiple times from July to September of this year.
A search warrant was executed where evidence was recovered that supported the accusations and Chitsaz was taken into custody.
He was booked on multiple counts of Child Molestation and one count of Transmitting Obscene Material to a Minor.
The possibility exists that there are additional victims. Please call the Scottsdale Police Department if you feel that your child may have had contact with him.
