On the listed date and time the suspect was involved in a serious injury collision at Hayden and Via De Ventura. Suspect then disrobed and was seen jumping on vehicles in the intersection. Suspect then carjacked a vehicle and fled north bound on Hayden Rd. Suspect then became involved in another serious injury collision at 8900 E. Shea involving four vehicles. The suspect then attempted to carjack two other vehicles unsuccessfully. Patrol officers were able to apprehend the suspect at 8900 E. Shea. Multiple victims and the suspect transported to Valley Hospitals for treatment. All were determined to have non-life threatening injuries.

BRIGHAM was transported to a local hospital for evaluation. He has not as of this writing been booked into Scottsdale city jail. The booking photo posted here is from a November 2011 arrest for criminal damage.

Police have still not determined what caused the suspect's violent behavior. We will await the blood screening results to try to determine if any illicit drug caused the behavior. Charges are pending for robbery and leaving the scene of an injury collision.
