The 3 listed suspects, (plus an additional 3 unknown suspects) smashed the front door of the Apple Store and removed electronic and computer merchandise. A cab driver in the area followed the suspect vehicle out of the Scottsdale Quarter and south along Scottsdale Rd at which time suspects began shooting at him from the fleeing vehicle. He was not injured. Information from the cab driver and Scottsdale Quarter security confirmed the vehicle description and that some of the suspects had also fled on foot. Police initiated a ground and air search of the area and the suspect's vehicle was located in the area of 6500 E Presidio (Phoenix) with crime related evidence inside. JAMES COMBS was located one block south of the vehicle and TROY COMBS was located near 7200 E Thunderbird during the canvass. Finally, DANIELLA SIERRA was located at a business in the area. The total loss was estimated between $70-80,000 in merchandise and damage. Some merchandise was recovered.
