On 02/25/12 at 5:00 AM SPD was called to a Credit Card Fraud taking place at the Cobblestone Gas Station, 15816 N. Pima Rd. Officers arrived and contacted two suspects inside of their vehicle at the gas station after it was determined that they had used a stolen credit card to attempt to make purchases at the station.
Investigation found evidence of multiple vehicle burglaries that had taken place with personal property including credit cards taken from the victims.
Both individuals were arrested on counts of Identity Theft, Forgery, Burglary, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. |
