On 12/09/11 at 10:00 pm the homeowner of a residence located in the 8300 block of E. Monterrey returned to his house to see two males run from his home and enter into a red pickup truck driven by a third male subject. Officers arriving in the area found the truck leaving nearby and conducted a stop at Miller and Indian School Roads.

The subjects made statements implicating themselves and property from the home to include jewelry and electronics were recovered in the pickup truck.

All three subjects were booked on a count of Burglary each.
