On 01/13/12 at 2:00 pm the victim returned home in the 7900 block of E. Luke, to find two male subjects in his home burglarizing it. Both suspects fled and it was believed that one fled in a Gray Cadillac CTS while the other fled on foot. The suspect on foot was located by officers in the area of 78^th St. and Jackrabbit where he was taken into custody. This subject was booked on various Burglary charges. The victim was unsure at the time what, if any, items were missing from the home.
