On 08/30/11 at 4:15 am the vehicles in the photo were involved in an Auto Theft. The suspect and at least one other individual were in the silver pickup (believed to be an ‘80s model Nissan) at the Shell gas station at 8890 E. Shea. They noticed that the owner of the red Ford Mustang went into the gas station, leaving his motor running. A suspect entered the Ford and left the scene. The Ford was later found on the Loop 101 in Tempe after being involved in a collision where the suspect ran from the scene.
The subject in the photo was an occupant in the silver pickup that had entered the gas station to make a purchase prior to the auto theft occurring. Information on the crime or the subject in the photo can be called in to Scottsdale PD at 480-312-5000 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS. |
