At 11:45 am yesterday, SPD was called to the 7300 block of E. San Alfredo for a gunshot wound where the 45 year old female suspect, Julie Kuhms (resident), shot her boyfriend, a 41 yr old male, in the upper chest area. The intentional gunshot occurred after the two got into a verbal altercation. The victim's condition is now considered serious but stable. The suspect will be held in custody on an Aggravated Assault charge.
