On Saturday at 6:30 PM SPD was called to the Sincuidados community at 30600 N. Pima Rd. in reference to an Aggravated Assault.

A subject (Donald Metz) known to the security guard working at the gate came to the community to visit someone. Metz and the guard also had prior business dealings together and an argument ensued. Metz exited his vehicle holding a handle to a large tool which resembled a large stick and struck the security guard on the arm.

The guard was transported to SHC-Thompson Peak for his arm injury. Metz was taken into custody and booked for Aggravated Assault.
