Update:
On February 7th, after multiple tips received, the offender was identified, located and arrested in Phoenix at 2:00 PM. He was booked on the Aggravated Assault charge.

SPD detectives are requesting assistance in identifying the suspect in the attached photo.
On 1/1/11 just after midnight, while at the Devil’s Martini, the suspect approached the victim’s group and began speaking to a female in the group. The suspect was asked to leave the group by the male victim and would not do so. As the victim continued to ask the suspect to leave he was struck on the side of the face with a bottle suffering a severe facial laceration.
The suspect left prior to officers’ arrival.
