Scottsdale police detectives have arrested an 8^th suspect related to the Aggravated Assault incident that occurred in the early morning hours of 10/23/2011 at the Galleria parking garage in Scottsdale. The incident was reported after a video surfaced on the internet which captured several subjects fighting. A Scottsdale police officer on patrol observed the incident and intervened to try and stop the assault. He was assaulted by MIRANDA, who was subdued after a Taser deployment. The suspects listed all played a role in the incident that involved several assaults and disorderly behavior. All the suspects, except for Annette Torrez, were arrested at the time of the incident. Torrez fled the scene and was arrested on the evening of October 26 at a friend’s home in Laveen. The charges against each suspect are listed above.
