Permit Fee Estimates
Not included are other costs including but not limited to: prelim grading, improvement plans, trash enclosures, temp power, dirt haul, temp water/sewer, paybacks, etc.
Commercial and Multi-Family Projects
There are multiple ways to submit / process large commercial and multi-family projects; the accompanying fee structures are outlined below:

| Foundation, Shell & Interior permits | Foundation = 25% of the fee based on above grade AC sq ft Shell = 70% of the fee based on the above grade AC sq ft Tenant Improvements = 30% of fee based on the interior AC sq ft End Total = 125% of the fee for AC + 100% of the fee for non-AC |
| Shell and Interior only | Shell = 95% of the fee based on the above grade AC sq ft Tenant Improvements = 30% of the fee based the interior AC sq ft End Total = 125% of the fee for AC + 100% of the fee for non-AC |

- AC square footage is the entire above grade square footage of conditioned space
- Non AC square footage is the balconies, patios, porte cocheres, etc
- Interior square footage is the square footage of the individual unit and does not include common areas such as corridors, lobbies, mechanical rooms, etc.
