Move-in Box Collection Form

For new residential solid waste collection customers. Use the following on-line form to schedule a one-time courtesy collection of your move-in boxes. Please be sure to provide all requested information so we can promptly follow-up on your request. If you prefer, you can schedule a move-in box collection by calling (480) 312-5600, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
