The City of Scottsdale Water Conservation Office offers a Hot Water Recirculation System rebate to water customers who install this water conservation device in their home. The rebate is offered to encourage a reduction of indoor water use.

A hot water recirculation system means a system that consists of pipes with a motor driven pump that recirculates water between a water heater and hot water faucets.
